One of Las Vegas’ most extravagant resorts isn’t found on the Strip. A vacation destination unto itself, South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa has its own 16-screen movie theater, 64-lane bowling center, spacious bingo room, 400-seat showroom and one of the finest event facilities in the country: the South Point Arena and Equestrian Center and Priefert Pavilion. Offering something for everyone, guests will find everything, from delectable dining options to soothing spa treatments, under one roof.

With 11 restaurants to choose from including Las Vegas’ only Steak ’n Shake, even the most finicky of palates will discover something to savor at South Point. Not only is the resort home to arguably the city’s best Mexican restaurant, Baja Miguel’s, but it also boasts one of Las Vegas’ most exquisite dining experiences: Michael’s. A favorite for more than 30 years, this intimate gourmet room serves some of the most succulent steak and seafood dishes around (try the tender Filet Mignon) as well as sumptuous sides like the to-die-for Michael’s Cream Corn. Many of its dishes, such as the delightful Peach Melba, are prepared or finished tableside resulting in a memorable fine dining experience.

South Point also houses one of Las Vegas’ most luxurious spas, Costa del Sur, which has a private couples retreat area in addition to separate men’s and women’s hot tubs, cold plunge pools, waterfall showers, steam rooms and saunas. Guests can book a wide range of services including one of the most heavenly treatments they’ll ever experience: the Goddess of the Sun Ritual. Perfect for summer, this 80-minute service uses products from Pure Fiji and includes a full-body exfoliation under a Vichy shower, hydrating body wrap, cool stone facial and warm oil scalp massage. Guest will literally be pampered from head to toe.
