AMERICANA

This stunning restaurant in the Desert Shores community near Summerlin serves one of the city’s most remarkable Sunday brunches. Offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests can enjoy unlimited dishes fresh from the kitchen for only $42, with bottomless mimosa or Bloody Marys costing $17 more. Diners can choose from more than 20 palate-pleasing items, like the Shrimp-n-Grits, made with a brandy reduction, and Rosa’s Meatball Costini, made with mozzarella and basil, while soaking up the lakeside views from inside the restaurant or out on its waterfront patio. Other mouthwatering selections include the succulent Pork Chop topped with a poached egg, and the Carne Asada Fries topped with jalapeños, pico de gallo and guacamole. americanalasvegas.com

BOUCHON

Serving a menu of elevated French bistro classics by celebrated chef Thomas Keller, this hidden gem inside The Venetian offers brunch Friday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Located on the 10th floor of the Venezia Tower, guests can dine inside the sunlit bistro or out on its 140-seat patio overlooking the resort’s pool. While signature selections like the Poulet et des Gaufres—juicy roasted chicken served with a bacon-chive waffle, Crown maple syrup and sauce Chasseur—are simply divine, no visit is complete without enjoying one of the bistro’s delightful patisseries. Treat your taste buds to the flaky Pain au Chocolat or the warm Beignets du Jour: mini spiced donuts served with house-made jam. venetian.com/restaurants/bouchon.html
