Brunch may be an Easter tradition for many, but in Las Vegas this mid-morning meal is enjoyed every weekend. Perfect after a night on the Strip, guests can enjoy a savory spread and get energized for the day ahead at several restaurants, or keep the party going with mimosas, Bloody Marys—and sometimes even a DJ!
LA CAVE WINE & FOOD HIDEAWAY AT WYNN LAS VEGAS

BORDER GRILL AT MANDALAY BAY AND THE FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS
This modern Mexican restaurant from chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger (“Top Chef Masters”) hosts one of the best brunches in town every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (3 p.m. at the Mandalay Bay location). Priced at $34.99, guests can order an unlimited number of small plates from the kitchen, such as the flavorful Aspen Ridge Grilled Skirt Steak and Eggs and the sweet Green Corn Tamales. A few new items were recently added to the menu, like the tasty Chia Seed “Power” Blueberries Parfait topped with caramelized banana. Bottomless mimosas can also be enjoyed during brunch for just $15 and come in a variety of flavors, including prickly pear and pomegranate. bordergrill.com
LAVO AT THE PALAZZO
One of the Strip’s most popular brunch spots, this Italian restaurant cooks up two unique brunch experiences. Its more traditional Proper Brunch features a menu of palate-pleasing à la carte items like the Lobster Benedict and chicken Parmigiano Classico, while its Party Brunch serves a more condensed menu in a nightclub-like atmosphere complete with a DJ and patrons dancing on the tables (after they’re done eating, of course!). Proper Brunch runs Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., except October through mid-March when it runs Saturdays until 1 p.m. and Party Brunch runs from 2 to 6 p.m. lavolv.com
